Welcome to PINTAZ. By using the PINTAZ mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

PINTAZ provides free turn-by-turn navigation, traffic information, and community road reports for users in Malaysia. The app requires an internet connection and location permission to function fully.

2. No warranty

PINTAZ is provided "as is" without warranty. Navigation directions, traffic data, and community reports are advisory only. You are responsible for following road laws, signs, and safe driving practices. Do not interact with the app while actively driving. We are not liable for accidents, fines, missed turns, route inaccuracies, or any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.

3. Community reports

Reports submitted by users (incidents, hazards, police, traffic) are crowd-sourced and may be inaccurate, outdated, or abused. You agree not to submit false reports. We may remove reports that violate this rule and ban repeat offenders.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not use the app for illegal activity, including violating road laws.
Do not submit content that is offensive, harassing, or harmful.

5. Account and data

You can use PINTAZ as a guest or with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
