Summary: By using Pintaz, you agree to use our navigation and E-Drive Thru services
responsibly. Always prioritize road safety over the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pintaz ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pintaz provides:
- Navigation Services: Turn-by-turn directions, route planning, and ETA calculations
for Malaysia
- E-Drive Thru: Food ordering and drive-thru pickup coordination
- Community Reporting: User-submitted traffic alerts, speed traps, and road hazards
- Toll Calculator: Estimated toll costs for your routes
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App while driving in a manner that distracts you from safe driving
- Submit false or misleading community reports
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Spam or abuse the reporting system
⚠️ Safety Warning: Navigation apps are tools to assist driving, not replacements for
safe driving practices. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, and use your own judgment. Do not operate
the App in ways that distract you from driving safely.
5. E-Drive Thru Orders
When placing orders through E-Drive Thru:
- You are entering into a transaction with the vendor, not Pintaz
- Pintaz facilitates the order but is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or vendor issues
- Prices, availability, and menu items are determined by vendors
- Refunds and disputes should be resolved directly with the vendor
- Your ETA is shared with vendors to prepare your order
6. Community Reports
By submitting community reports (traffic alerts, hazards, speed traps):
- You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You grant Pintaz the right to display, modify, and use your reports
- Reports may be verified or removed by other users and moderators
- Abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Navigation Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, Pintaz does NOT guarantee:
- Real-time accuracy of maps, routes, or traffic data
- Correctness of toll calculations
- Accuracy of community-submitted reports
- Availability of the service at all times
7.2 Road Conditions
Road conditions, traffic patterns, and construction zones change frequently. The App may not reflect
current conditions. Always follow posted signs and use your judgment.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Pintaz is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for accidents, delays, or losses incurred while using our navigation
- We are not liable for vendor actions or E-Drive Thru order issues
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Pintaz are owned by us and protected by intellectual property
laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse of the platform or community features
- Any other reason at our discretion
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
Malaysia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of
the new Terms.
