Pintaz Scan — Privacy Policy

Pintaz Scan is a LiDAR room and object scanner for iPhone, made by PINTAZ. This policy describes how the Pintaz Scan app handles your information. The short version: we collect nothing.

Data collection

Pintaz Scan does not collect, transmit, or share any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests.

Camera and LiDAR

The app uses your iPhone's camera and LiDAR sensor solely to scan rooms and objects. All processing happens on your device. Camera images and scan data never leave your iPhone unless you explicitly export or share a file yourself.

Your scans

Scans, 3D models, and exported files (PDF, DXF, GLB, USDZ) are stored locally on your device, in the app's own storage. Deleting a scan in the app, or deleting the app, permanently removes them. We have no copy — we never had one.

Children's privacy

Since no data is collected from any user, no data is collected from children.

Changes

If a future version of Pintaz Scan ever changes these practices, this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly announced in the app.
